Legislation and regulation provisions regulating the establishment purposes and activities of Commodity Exchanges have given the Transaction Service the task of performing the secretarial functions of the general secretary, members and organs of the exchange. For this reason;

Organizing and keeping the registry files of the members, performing the transactions of the companies that want to register with the stock exchange and deregister, follow the changes in the status of the members, issue the documents based on the registry records such as the identity document and the registry document that the members will request,
Writing down the decisions taken in the organs of the stock exchange and to carry out and/or convey the decisions to other services and members for the purpose of making the necessary decisions of the organs,
In accordance with the first paragraph of the Law No. 5174, providing the information and documents requested by the members who have fulfilled their obligations to the Exchange and to provide the necessary services regarding these.
